New member from south of D/FW Texas area

Hi smokers and grillers, Sam here from south of the metroplex. I found a lot of great info on this site and decided to support and join. I started smoking meats as a kid with my grandfather and have loved it ever since. From time to time I enter some cook offs and cater some charity events and the rest of the time I get frustrated trying to figure out how to make better Q. I live in the same area as Johnny Trigg but haven't had the pleasure to meet him. Right up the road a bit they build Jambo Pits but I don't have one. Right now I have offset trailer smoker, a home built ugly drum smoker, a couple of Weber kettles and Weber gas grills. I use the Maverick ET-733 and a Thermapen, they work great! Today I think I am going to order The Pit Barrel Cooker and the Slow n Sear. These both look like quality products and I look forward to using them. I look forward to learning much more from you guys in the forums!
