Hey everyone - Just joined the site and wanted to introduce myself. Located in Youngstown, OH. Been grilling my entire life, but just got into outdoor slow cooking/smoking 3 years ago and have gotten better and better ever since. I have 2 Char-grillers with offset smokers attached and now added a PBC recently. I work in the sports wagering (oddsmaking) world, so when I get a chance to enjoy some outdoor time, I take advantage!
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Not sure where you get your meat from, but Sams club just seems to nail it for me. It's shocking how good their stuff is. I just grilled up a couple of strip steaks a few nights ago and they were fantastic. I've heard others talk about how good their stuff is as well.
