    Just bought my first smoker. Can't wait to smoke that first set of ribs! I like nothing better than cooking with fire beside while camping beside a river somewhere. I got the 14" WSM bullet smoker so it's small enough to take with me. I have dutch ovens, cast iron skillets, a rotisserie, and now a smoker so I am all set for some great river cookouts!

                  Since this is your first post, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.

                  Also, it's very important that you:
