Hello, I'm Dustin from up near Bellingham, WA. I'm an international tax CPA by day, and have been spending my free time since Christmas with my nose in "The Food Lab" and more recently "Meathead". I enjoy hamburgers, hiking, soccer, and road cycling. I'm recently married, and as a result have had less time for road cycling, but my wife shares my passions for hamburgers, hiking, and soccer. My main hardware at present includes a Weber Spirit E-310, an Anova sous vide precision cooker, and a recently acquired Weber 22 inch kettle. Currently doing a dry run on the Weber kettle, trying to will the temperature down to 225. I've got a lot to learn!
