When you get a minute check out Pit Boss' Welcome & Announcements channel, as well as the tips posts in that channel. These will help you learn your way around The Pit, as well as set up your signature (tip #1) with your equipment. I love this website and the plethora of fantastic BBQ and grilling information built here by Meathead, a big SALUTE to him!
I've been smoke bbqing for lots of years for my family and friends using my old trusty Weber Bullet and a Treager Texas pellet smoker. Besides BBQing , I love to sing and play bluegrass music, drink good beer (non-light) and wear bib overalls so that makes me B⁴ I guess
I just sold the Traeger and am wanting to buy a good used Cookshack Amerique, so if y'all know where there's one for sale, please let me know.
