Hi all, NortheastAl here. Started to rediscover the Weber this past year after many years of gas grillin'. Found out I could smoke with it and there's been no stopping the investigating of the proper methods of smoking and grilling. Found this site a while back and bought the book. It arrived today and I'm sure I'll get a lot out of it. This site has taught me so much already, and I'm guessing there's a lot more to learn. This should turn into an enjoyable hobby.
