Intro to Butchman
My Intro, I live in SW Florida and have been barbecuing/cooking since I was about 7 years old. Originally from Missouri, I moved to FL in 1988. I have 3.5 grills/smokers(bubba keg, Traeger big Texas, a little smokey Webber, and a new PBC). I'm still dialing in the PBC and am pretty impressed with the cooker so far. I usually grill or smoke 2 to 4 times a week. My love for bbq probably comes from my late father who was a very good cooker of Q in his day! Favorite foods to grill are ribs, brisket, chicken, and salmon, steaks etc. I never heard of this website until I found it recently shopping for the PBC. Glad I found this site!
