    Nice smoker story, MrDibS . Welcome to The Pit where most of us "got it bad" at one level or another as well. I bet your BBQ tastes better than any you can get at BBQ restaurants for miles around.

      Great intro! I love how things came together on that fateful day!!! Welcome to the Pit! We won't let you "double back". Quitting BBQ is not an option.

        Welcome to the site from Banner Elk, NC. As soon as I saw Sing Sing I knew where you are. I'm from the town next door, Briarcliff Manor. When I explain to folks where I'm from I use Sing Sing as the landmark. Barbeque on!
