Great site!!!!
I've been grilling on a TEC Sterling for 12 years. All 3 burners are infra red and get very hot. Most drippings vaporize. Been smoking on a Bradley smoker for about the same time. It does a good job but no smoke ring which, really is no big deal since Ive read on here that it doesn't add flavor. So, I don't know why but, I started searching Kamados and kinda got hooked and just bought the Primo Oval XL because of all the positive reviews. Got it from NeatBackyardStuff whose prices were a couple hundred less than the others and he also throws in 10 Primo accessories worth over $400! Anyway, it should arrive next week and can't wait to get smokin!!!
