I started using the PBC about 8 months ago and had some struggles, all of which could have been avoided if I just listened to Noah's very clear and very specific instructions. Ive overfilled the basket, under filled it, used alternative charcoal (which my wife bought), forgot to put both rebars in. All of which torpedoed the cooks to one extent or another. Ribs good choice for first cook. GL, and follow the directions.
