Only been in the area a few years and just 2 1/2 years ago came into posession of my very first back yard. Always liked cooking but never had a chance to grill. Bought a cheap charbroil 4 burner from Walmart (in the process of looking for my first "real" grill.) bought a used weber kettle for $40 and brought it back to life. Other toys I like - thermapen mk4, anova sous vide, thermoworks smoke (just a few months old), cast iron griddle.
Big fan of amazingribs and serious eats.
Aside from the usual fare I like grilling yakitori, whole fish, Korean BBQ.
