    I'm Scott
    A passionate back yard BBQ guy from Buffalo NY
    This has been my go to web site for years so I guess it's about time I joined up
    I'm all about tips tools and tecniques
    We have a big family and lots of friends so as I'm sure many of you do we BBQ for big crowds often
    I'm excited/ obcessed about getting into the pellet game and an outdoor pizza oven is on my list also
    Right now I'm working with a Big Green Egg a UDS 3 Weber kettles and 2 fryer burners ... we love our fries lol

      Welcome to the Pit! You have more cookers than I do. I cook on a BGE and MiniMax and occasionally on a Weber Jumbo Joe.
