    Hello all From Texas

    Find this is an interesting read. New owner of a Davy Crockett Pellet Smoker. Still getting used to the basics. Have cooked a Boston Butt, Beef ribs, Baby Backs and St. Louis rack. Also did some thick cut Pork Chops (delicious) and Reverse sear on rib steak. Making some smoke and having fun.
