    Hello from Tampa Bay!

Hello all! My name is Greg and I discovered this site a few months back while researching smokers. I ended up with a Pit Barrel Cooker to go along with my beat up propane grill. So far I've done ribs several times as well as chicken and pork butt. My tools include a thermapen and a cheap bluetooth BBQ thermometer with two probes. Here are some pics of my setup, as well as some action shots

I'm glad you asked... For pulled pork, I like a spicier, more vinegar-y type sauce... so I started with acv and hot sauce, added some peach preserves for sweetness, and just enough bottled sauce (I think it was Stubbs?) to make it red and tighten it up a little bit. I was happy with it!
