    New member, long time reader

    Wanted to say hello from NC. Been loving this site for a long while and bought my membership today. I am a grill/cooker poor outdoorsman that lives and loves to grill, smoke and eat. Own several Primo's, Meadow Creeks, multiple Webers (gas/charcoal), Brinkmans, La Caja Chinas and home made cookers. Love the site and science behind food and fire.
