Hello I've had your site bookmarked for probable a couple years. Used your pork rib method many times and just this past Thanksgiving cooked a whole beef strip loin using the reverse sear method. It was the best beef roast I ever cooked and all guests said the same thing! Tomorrow I will do this same method with a beef rib roast (see before and after trim job) have 2 small end 5 rib pieces. I am now a paid subscriber, and have recommended your site to others. Tomorrow I will post cooked pictures and can't wait to eat!
