    Greetings from Los Angeles

    Hello my name is Scott. I'm just outside of Los Angeles. Developed a fascination with cooking 2 years ago. Began cooking/experimenting so much that I got kicked out of the kitchen because others in the house weren't able to make their own food lol. That's when I figured I'll try cooking in the backyard and that began my love affair with bbq. I'm intrigued by the challenge of making good bbq. I started with a 22inch weber kettle. Added a slow n sear to it. Tried cooking on GMG, WSM, and some others. I eventually moved on to the pit barrel cooker. I now own 4 pbc's. The fun I receive by the challenge has me thinking that I need to move on to a stick burner. Lastly, I'd like to thank all of you for your dedication to AmazingRibs.com. I have been able to shorten my learning curve and find products that you already tested for me. Thanks again.

                    Forget cookin just buy cookers! Welcome aboard! That is one of the coolest stories I've heard! Not the 4PBC's, although that is amazing, but the 2 yr thing! You are like someone possessed, "It's alive, it's alive". Glad to have you with us. Eat good, have fun & continue to feed the masses!
