    Primarily various cuts of pork, chicken, turkey, and fish. Did my first brisket 2 weeks ago. Going to start working with some cuts of steak this weekend since I now have the Mak.

    Hi all. I recently joined. Started smoking about 2 years ago using a propane Masterbuilt Vertical Smoker and just recently went and bought a Mak 1 Star. I have been lurking on the forums and really enjoy reading every ones input. Look forward to more reading!
