    Intro.

Hello. Been lurking on the forum for a couple friends months. I have learned a lot from the website. I have become a big fan of Memphis dust. My current setup is a Weber 22.5 kettle which I bought over the summer. Hoping for a slow n sear for Christmas.

I also have recently acquired my grandfather's old PK grill, it needs a lot of cleaning, new grates and a new frame. I'm planning to use the frame from an old gasser to make a frame with side tables for the PK.

I try to cook something on the grill every weekend when I get a chance, usually Sundays. My favorite thing to smoke is ribs but I do a pretty awesome pork loin as well. Tonight I am smoking some country style ribs to turn into pork burnt ends.

Need some good eats while I watch the hokies upset Clemson for an ACC championship.
