    Hi everyone!
    Thank you for the warm welcome on other parts of the site. Currently an amateur smokin on an electric Char-broil smoker. In the works to move up to a peoria custom 24x48 offset. I have been reading forums and recipes for a few months now and cannot thank everyone enough for how good i look to friends and family. From the smoker purchase advise to the smoked turkey info i used last weekend. (under a different name in forums) I plan to be around for a long time and learn and share as much as possible. Below is my first attempt at the ultimate smoked turkey from the website

      I will dig into the rest of the homework assignment later. But i have upgraded my account to a fulll paid member. I couldnt in my right mind learn so much but pay nothing
