Hey everyone - my name is Paul and I am from Lakewood CO! I have a ton of experience in smoking all sorts of meats, and I am lucky to have been blessed with a General 1 Star pellet smoker.

I am a musician, software engineer and all around good guy!

I'll be online here and there - lurking and seeing what everyone else is talking about.

I love hearing about food in general, and I'll ask a ton of questions about what wood you use, how your tastes are and ultimately how to make better smoked goodies.
