    Another Aussie onboard

    I would have done this earlier except Safari on Iphone would only let me type the heading. Anyway nice to have found your site and yes the iconic sausage is our bbq staple and Ive made warwick tubs of them. I love cooking with variety of methods and produce but somethings are just great the way they are. Im at a stage in my life where its all about travel so my cookers are what you would class as tailgaters. A Potjie King for my Best Duty No3 cast iron pot, a Cobb and a Weber GA all of them charcoal. Born in Broken Hill and worked in the centre of Australia in the bush where I have enjoyed campfire cooking and the flavour that it produces. The results I have achieved on my Weber GA have been astounding thanks to the very well layed out advise here.
