Rikster here.
I just bought Meathead's new book and got a free 90 day membership. I've been grilling since I was a kid, I'm 72 now, and thought I was pretty good but have already learned how to do it better by reading Meathead. I've been wanting to barbecue/smoke for a long time but I live with a vegetarian so I am the solo meat eater and had a quandary about cooking more meat than I could eat at one time. Anyway, I converted my Weber with a Slow n Sear, which by the way is a great way to sear a steak, and am in the process of learning to barbeque. This forum and Meathead's website along with his book looks like the way to go.Tags: None
