    Hello to all from Canada,

    Just purchased a Big Steel Keg, been learning the ropes from my local shops and found this website amazingly helpful. Gonna use your pulled pork recipe for my Sunday Smoke tomorrow. Can't wait. Looking forward to reading here frequently.
