    New to the site


    Joined the Pit today looking forward to learning from all here. I live in the start of Washington (east side) much drier than Seattle.
    Currently have a gas smoker and have smoked just about everything in it, ribs shoulder brisket turkey fish chicken pork belly. Have had some success have a large following for ribs. I cook them and they eat them. Have cooked on request for a couple of large weddings and gotten a lot of compliments. Folks love good smoked ribs and pulled pork.
    Abny way hoping I can learn from the masters on this site
