Great! I've actually cooked so many pork butts that my wife is tired of them, but not pork ribs!

Favorites? Brisket and beef ribs. Once a month I have the neighbors over and they always request (demand) pork ribs.

I've been a subscriber/lurker for a few years and figured it's time to join the fun. I've learned an immense amount from all of the people here, so truly, thank you.
