    I'm Ready To Get Smoked!

    Name's Scott and I am an budding backyard bbq'er hoping to learn much from the masters. Just bought the PBC and have made ribs, pork shoulder and beef brisket so far. Turned out a lot better than I ever thought. Anyway, here to say hi and glad to be a part of this bbq planet.

                    Welcome to the Pit, Scott! A word of warning: you need to realize there is no 12 step program to overcome the addiction you will soon experience. It might also cause some friction with your significant other, who - although appreciative of your newfound cooking skills - may grow tired of having a house/yard full of friends, family and neighbors every weekend.
