    Howdy folks!

    I stumbled on this site looking for smoker reviews. Then I got side tracked reading about cooking methods, reverse sear, low and slow, warp 10 and all kinds of other things that made me hungry. So, yesterday I treated myself to a GMG Daniel Boone pellet smoker. I just turned in on (with the app) and am ready to smoke a pork shoulder. I've done dozens of them on the Weber kettle and look forward to seeing how this new-fangled digital smoker does the job. I'll let y'all know!
