    Newbie from Denver Colorado

    Hi all. Been grilling for 20 years with gas only. Found this site and realize I've been grilling wrong all this time. I just bought a Camp Chef DLX pellet grill. I've done Filet Mignon, ribs and a whole chicken the past few days. Filet was world class. Ribs at 4.5 hours at 225 was not long enough so they were still tough but tasty. Chicken was a disaster as finding the true temp in a bird is tougher than I realized. I have plenty to learn, but I am excited to have my eyes opened to true grilling.
