    Just Joined

    Bought my first smoker this week. A little 14.5 WSM I've always loved to talk brisket with guys that know but I have never tried it myself. I've been lurking on here for a while picking up things as I went. Well today I put it all to work and came out with this. Thanks for all the help. It was ten hours of fun and tasted great. It will be the hit of the church potluck tomorrow. I have no doubts. Thanks for being awesome guys.
