Just gonna give a quick introduction...
I'm from South Eastern Wisconsin. City of Kenosha. I've been passionate about barbecue for a long time now, but have only fairly recently entered into the world of "low and slow." My weapons of choice are the classic Weber kettle, along with a Green Mountain pellet smoker (fairly new purchase).
I love food and cooking for people simply because it is, and always has been historically, a social event. And, as I'm sure you all can relate, there is something special about good BBQ that brings people together. That's why I love it.
I'm looking forward to sharing this passion with you all!
