Hi everyone,

My name is Pierre-Olivier and I'm from Québec, Canada.

I stumbled on the wonderful world of smokers a few weeks ago and I've been hooked since then. I purchased Meathead book and a smoker (Traeger Tailgater) in july and I've been cooking on it as much as I can since then.

I love cooking for my family and friends and I'm sure this is the right place to learn, get better and share recipes/ideas and techniques.

I will surely renew my trial membership once it ends.

Ps : My mother tongue is french. Therefore, expect a few mistakes in my writting =)
