Hey all. I grew up in the south watching my parents smoke brisket and ribs and those Sunday dinners provided some great memories. I've lived on the northern coast of Oregon for the last 20 years and recently caught the bug so I bought a smoker (WSM 22") and got to work. So far it's been smooth sailing (knock on wood) and everything has been turning out great. I joined this forum to learn some tips and tricks from other folks and hopefully share whatever I think may be of value to this community. Amazingribs.com has proven to be an invaluable resource so far. I find it funny how addicted I've become to 'studying' this site and all the advice/knowledge -- so far it has helped me immensely and I'm very grateful for that.
