Between my day job and the farm I don't spend a lot of time online but am hoping to check in more often and start participating. Been cooking for a long time. I've got the "pit" not sure I can justify the "master" part just yet. This is a great site with a wealth of information. Love your book too, Meathead.

Welcome to the Pit! What do you like to cook and what do yo cook it on?

I've been on a rib kick lately. Do mostly ribs, butts, chicken and brisket; pretty much in that order. Grill a lot of vegetables and do an occasional dessert too. Cook on a couple of Weber kettles, a large BGE, a Yoder stick burner and a Yoder pellet rig.
