    Welcome to The Pit Nick! When you have a chance, can you add your thermometers to your signature?

    We now have a channel dedicated to the Rec Tec. The channel has only been around for a few days so it's a little light on content, but we hope it grows into a goto source for Rec Tec owners for tips and techniques to make the most out of their smokers.

    Hello from Cincinnati!

    Happy to be part of the club. Been using this site as a resource for a few years now since getting into smoking. Started with a Smoke Hollow gasser and recently upgraded to the Rec Tec Pellet product. Very happy and been learning a lot. Thanks for all those who contribute to the cause, especially Mr. Meathead! Great stuff here.
