    Greetings from Birmingham, AL!

    Hello Everyone,

    Just wanted to quickly introduce myself - I'm very new to BBQ on my own, and am loving it so far. I am enjoying the learning and experimentation as much as the eating!

    I have a new Big Green Egg and am having a blast. Loving what I am learning here, and look forward to learning much much more!
