Wanted to say hello and thanks to Meathead and his staff. I've been following Amazing Ribs for a few years and have had great luck using some of the techniques. The Prime Rib for 20 people on Christmas day '13 was amazing! I also have used the Steakhouse Steak recipe, Brisket, Pulled Pork and a few others. I'm looking forward to the information in this forum from the professionals and backyard cooks too.
