At Home I use my Home Made Offset; (pictured) formally a water tank with a fabricated firebox made from rolled 1/4 in steel into a 22 x 18" cylinder, mounted on a 1926 Chevy axle and diamond plate deck. It leaks a bit till it warms up and regulating the temp was a challenge at times, but practice makes perfect ... a labor of love indeed!
At the Camper (seasonal);
Weber Kettle w/SnS
Weber Smoky Mountain w/Cajun Bandit Door
Accessories -
Maverick ET733 dual thermometer
Weber Rapid Fire charcoal starter
Horse Blanket to cover the offset when the temps drop. Fits like a glove!
Fuel -
Apple, Cherry, Oak or Hickory started by Kings-ford Briquettes
My grandparents, dad, and sister all lived in Endicott due to IBM and LM. My best friend is also from there. I've been there and went to some Italian place for dinner.

Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.

Welcome to the Pit DennisComp ... My friend Scary Mary was born in Binghamton and stayed there until she was about 10 years old. She now lives in Hermosa Beach, Ca. She has very fond memories of eating Spiedies in Binghamton when she was a child. She saw the recipe for Spiedies here in AR and pled with me to make them for her. Watching her eat those and talk about her time in Binghamton was a pleasure.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
