Welcome aboard Warren Griffin! Those ribs look great and thanks for posting the photo. I smoke ribs on both my BGE and my Kettles. See you around The Pit.

Guest Griffin my primary is a BGE and my secondary is a MiniMax egg which I am still learning to use. I have a Weber Jumbo Joe which I use occasionally. I bought it to use in our hew home in Dallas until I could get the egg moved. I love Boston Butt, but I am learning to do brisket.Last edited by LA Pork Butt; June 12, 2016, 02:21 PM.

I've got a Weber Kettle I did the ribs on, a BGE, and an Old Country smoker. I do a lot of steaks and ribs on the Weber, but for a Pork butt, I use the smoker. How about yourself?
