Hey y'all my name is Jeremiah. I just found this site. I have been grilling all my life is has just been in the last 15 or so years i started to smoke. My first smoker was the old bullet type smoker but it eventually became too small and worn out i might add. So i bought myself the barrel with the side fire box i love it. It is getting old but still puts outs some good meat. I am a special education teacher and a Navy vet. People say i should open a restaurant but then i afraid it would turn into a job and i would lose the love and passion. Looking forward to talking to y'all
