The first big smoke went pretty well! There were some things I can improve on in the future, but it was delicious.
I totally buy in to the food science approach to BBQ in Meathead's book and on the forums here. I kept a cooking log for this cook, so I'll use that data to practice and get better.
I can already relate to some of the things in the "You might be a pit member", so I think this already an obsession!
