    Egger from NKY

    Greetings to all. I'm extremely impressed at the knowledge and experience I find at this site, so I'll be coming back often. I've been using a large Big Green Egg for over five years, so I'm not quite a newbie, but there is still a lot to learn. I typically cook something on the BGE several times a week, year round. I'm in northern Kentucky, not far from Cincinnati, and I've been a griller at a number of Eggfests. I'm also a KCBS certified judge, and I do that whenever I can.

    As to my abilities, I'll put my ribs up against anyone's, but not a lot of experience with most other specialties. I'm hoping to learn a lot here.

      An EggHead, huh!? Boy have you hit The Pit at the right time. We're getting a Kamado 101 section going and we could certainly use your expertise! You'll find it in Grills & Smokers => Charcoal=> Kamados here in the pit. Stop by and lend a hand.

                      I'm an Egghead too. I've been cooking on it for 5 years. There's always something to learn. You happened into the Pit at just the right time because there will be lots of in depth discussions about the tricks and simplicity of cooking on a ceramic cooker.
