    Hello All

    My name is Jamal, I have a Traeger Pro model smoker. I have very little experience cooking and even less experience using a smoker. I can tell you, the reason I bought a smoker was because my cousin made some chicken for me using a smoker and I was hooked, I had to have a smoker. I plan on using this website for recipes and advice on cooking. I used my smoker once so far and the family loved it.

                        Thanks warm welcomes everyone! I can tell this site is going to be great. My second try at the smoker will be this weekend smoking a chicken with a rub recipe I got from here, its the Memphis Dust recipe. Wish me luck, I will post on the results.
