    New to smokin"

    Hello y'all. Just broke in my new WSM 22 this week following the awesome guidance here. My family loved the wings I cooked yesterday in the WSM. I have been grilling them on my two Kettle 22's for the last couple of years. They liked the smoked ones best. Just started my first butt this morning. Keeping it low and slow.
