Hello from Wauchope NSW Australia.
A small country town about 400 klms nth of Sydney.I have been BBQing for many years but got the bug and got serious and bought a WSM 18.5 and a Weber kettle just recently. I am now trying to learn how to use them hence the fact of joining this great Forum. I am keen to get into the low and slow side of things as well as grilling on my Kettle with a rotiserrie. At 70+ it doesn't come easy but I am determined to master it all with the help of sites like this one with so much information available.
