      We have visitors from the south and west often during winter and the only ones who aren't shocked at the weather are the ones who escaped it early in life...lol. Winter is not really my cup of tea but I can't imagine life without it, weird, eh?

      Welcome to The Pit rmesagna59! Glad to have you here, thanks for joining up with us. A pork loin cooks up nicely when done indirectly of course but hotter, and taken to 145. I tend to like mine better when I cook them at 325-350 as opposed to 225. Should be well suited to a PBC cook.
