    It's 26 degrees in St. Louis, but who cares....

    I got a new Lang smoker a few weeks ago and could not wait any longer. The sun is shining so that was good enough. I am new to this forum, but have learned a lot from the folks at AmazingRibs.com over the past year by simply digging into the non-member part of the site

      Nice. I so need to do some ribs next weekend.

      Over the next 10 days our average high will be in the lower 70's and our average low will be around 50.
