Hi all. Name's Leland, from Houston originally I'm active duty Navy stuck in the Sandbox over here. I have been craving some good ole Texas BBQ for a while now (going on two years) so I figured I'd do it myself. Bought a cheap charbroil offset smoker and found a place that sells Whole Packers. The cattle is from New Zealand. So far so good.
