    New to the club

    Hi....joined a few weeks ago, I figured it's the least I could do with all the free help this site gave me. I'm a novice. I can do poultry, ribs. Recently went to gas with the Smoke Vault at the tail end of last summer and am still getting used to that one. It was Sixty Fin Five degrees in Pittsburgh today so I did some roasters with hickory/cherry. Injected with butter, garlic, honey and 7up. Hoping to learn a lot more here than I already have. I do, however, make a bad ass chili.
