    Hello!

    I thought I had done this a long time ago, I must have forgotten to do it.

    I’m Jay, and I’m a meataholic…

    Just kidding around. I’ve actually been here for a couple of years, reading. I have several cooking appliances, both indoor and outdoor that help my MCS. I’m a professionally trained Chef, and am currently the Exec Chef at a brewery in Texas. The restaurant isn’t open yet, probably another month and a half. It is a ground up build and is going to be amazing.

    I love to cook (obviously) and really like cool toys to make neat stuff.

    I use MoistBrisket as my online gaming name if that is any indication

                          Welcome! I'm a few miles east of you. I hang out at Neches Brewing Co. here in SE Texas when I'm not working or BBQing. If you are in the Beaumont/Port Arthur area stop by. The beer is good and they will be opening a food truck soon.
